Worst Hotel ever, the staff is rude. The hotel is totally not responsible, I've made my booking through Agoda Platform since 1 October for my stay at this hotel with Standard Double Room with price of RM49.39 on 8 October to 9 October (1 night stay). When I arrived at the hotel on 8 October around 3 pm, the staff rudely told me that there was no more Standard Double Room for my partner and me to stay at. If this case is happening, what is the purpose that I used the Agoda platform to BOOK my hotel? The staff asked if I would change my room type to Triple Room, but I would need to add an extra RM100 to stay in their room and they would return my booking fees (RM 49.39). There were just two of us, why would I spend an extra RM100 just to stay in the worst environment like this? They said they will return me my booking money, yet until NOW (15 October) they have not returned any cents. I'm not sure if they recall this matter but I am too rage to talk about this. It's not much about how I spend my money but it's about the attitude of the hotel management. IF you knew that your hotel is getting customers ONLINE, and the booking is already confirmed and PAID, why would you not RESERVE the room for the PAID booking? What is the PURPOSE I made my booking ONLINE just to secure a room? Why not you CANCEL my request before I enter your hotel to CHECK IN? WHEN are you RETURNING my booking fees?

I never get to stay.. they ask me to add money eventhough i already paid online and i ended up sleep in the car on 3 am.. They never settle this things with Agoda & OYO.. Receptionist said Agoda never update the price, and giving Agoda 3 months to update price on their website.. Even OYO officiall website show the price is RM45, and they want to make me pay double?? Receiptionist said also want to call Agoda in 8am in the morning, and then call me back.. but there's no feedback received.. This Hotel is SCAMMER!!

The worst hotel ever. Never stay here again. Trust me, not worth your money. Baca review rupanya ramai lagi yg tertipu with the indian girl, dah bayar online thru booking apps, boleh dia cakap kita tak bayar lagi, then nak keep all the booking money because we don't want to pay extra with the room, the indian girl try to scam us then finally after a long fight she give me back the booking money. Just to mention the hotel like a abandon hotel, macam hotel berhantu, try lah imagine.
