Booked from Agoda, after that when at hotel they said the price from Agoda is too cheap, cannot do for us, need to add another RM30, fine. The TV is not functioning, told us Astro problem, one of the light also not function, ask them to change, the staff told me the technician was not here, so unfortunately cannot change it. Really the worse hotel.

Unfortunately had to pay extra RM15 just bcoz AGODA didn't update their price change. They insist on the RM15 although clearly it's an internal matter between the owner & Agoda. Staff was polite but I blame the hotel owner in this case.
