Whenever we complaint the Team OYO only respond to email them and what's the solution on it ? Such copy & paste is nothing new. Neither voucher nor compensation given. I'm a Director myself and felt ashamed having such employee. Reason we stayed here due to some business purpose at Colombia Asia Hospital and i'm disappointed with the accomodation.

Bad experience. When we checked in at 3pm, the rooms were not cleaned yet. We called and was told they'll get on it. They said will be completed by 4pm. So we left. Came back at 5pm still not completed.

Big and spacious apartment. Area not convenient to KSL or Midvalley West Mall by foot. Must grab. A little dirty but still overall fine

Very bad management. Not friendly access for parking. Need to park at down but very expensive. If park at outside kene saman. Also cannot park here due this stupid palang even though you only park for awhile. Can Cause damage to tyre. Management only want money, not friendly access. Also some of the guard do not speak bahasa or english. Hard to communicate if want to ask for direction.
