I stayed in Nov/2023 and I HATED it. I know I paid a fair amount compared to others nearby, but we pay less for fewer services and perks, not lack of hygiene and neglect. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the fan was a mess, I couldn't even turn it on because when I turned it on, all the dust and dirt was all over me. The air conditioning turned on and wouldn't turn off, I tried to ask for help to turn off the air because I was very cold but there is no receptionist. The person who welcomes you is a guy who lives there and he was NEVER there. I wanted to buy some water (and even though it was within the time he left to call him) but the bell to call him didn't work, I was dying of thirst from one day to the next because I couldn't buy water. It was FULL of mosquitoes and even though they covered me, they FINISHED my foot (photo) which I scratched so much that it was bruised. The shower didn't work warm, it was either turned off COLD or it was on fire. The shower didn't close properly and the entire floor was wet, in short, HORRIBLE. IBIS was for the same price and I really regret not going there

The hotel does not have a reception. The person who does it sometimes is a very friendly employee, one of the only positive points of the stay, who lives on site. So I arrived at night and it was raining and I had to spend about 10 minutes ringing the doorbell on the street, alone. I didn't use the common area so I can't evaluate it. The surroundings seem peaceful, there are two markets within walking distance. The hotel is an economy category, so I didn't go in expecting any luxury, but basic comfort. However, some things left a lot to be desired. - it was 12 degrees and the shower didn't heat up, I had to take a cold shower - the bed linen appeared not to have been changed. - the bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the toilet and sink. The worst thing is that, even with this, the hotel charges a service fee separately. I didn't understand why, since the room wasn't even clean. I didn't expect any luxury, I think that's the idea of hotels in this style. Now cleaning the bathroom, changing bed linen and having a hot shower is the minimum.

We have to be fair that for the price and location, it is not possible to expect a spectacular experience from this place, which I don't know why they call it a hotel. It's a building with a few rooms there... Torn sheets, towels that don't dry... But a daily rate of one hundred and something, in that region, is great The only thing that is free, that doesn't cost anything, would be the EDUCATION of the person who welcomes you. He's stupidly rude and comes to help you looking like you're disturbing him from playing video games. I've stayed there twice and it was the same thing. DO NOT EXPECT decent service, you will be treated poorly. The lack of clarity in information regarding what reception is like causes insecurity at check-in. Luckily it has an excellent location. So, if you need to return to that region and for the amount it costs, it's worth being treated badly.
