It's close enough to all you might need in Fethiye. All the places we visited were in walking distance. Loved that it had a washer (with some soap included). You had to hang your clothes from the balcony though. Communication with the manager was great and he was also helpful with anything needed. I took one star off for the stairs!!!! oMG!!!! Doing it daily isn't too bad but when you are hauling luggage it's not great. The rest steps are very narrow so stopping in between wasn't the easiest.

A great place for a visit to Fethiye. It’s a very spacious new apartment in a great location, super close to restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Street parking was fairly easy to find. A few faults: the shower is not great. It uses a flow heater and you have to sacrifice temperature for water pressure. The shower head which dispenses hot water (there are two) must be held by hand, which is annoying. The drainage system is also not good because the floor of the shower isn’t sloped properly so the water stands on the floor. Though the apartment was very clean, there was one notable exception: hair in the shower, including a big clump of it on top of the drain. Lastly, for guests saving money by cooking at home it would be nice if the kitchen had more basics like salt and pepper (the salt shaker there was empty so we bought a new one) and maybe some cooking oil.

The place is 1st class all the way! I only give the service category 4 stars simply because there was a water main break on the whole street and we had no water for about 4 hours. Certainly not the owner's fault,but a bit of an inconvenience for us. We had 4 people getting ready for a hike and they had everything we needed. Thanks so much!
