Abed was very sweet and helpful. This newly remodeled hotel is quite modern and has a lot to offer ...HOWEVER my room just really had a lot of little things missing to earn that 5th star. First the key card took multiple trips to fix, ended up needing the manager's key just to get in for a few hours until it was resolved. Next the shower design is very poor--the water pooled at the opening and flooded my bathroom floor. There was no luggage rack or any kind of table to put luggage on. There was no chair. There were no tissues. I feel like at this price point these things should be standard. The area out front is gravel so you do have to carry your luggage a bit before getting to the entry ramp. The rooftop pool did not have the water features turned on, and water was too chilly in evening to enjoy. A helpful staff member did show up and assist us to get the hot tub ready since it was still covered. Otherwise a lovely and clean hotel.

Best accommodation ever, I felt like my home It will stay in our memory forever. Starting with the big five-star room with a great view and they have a very beautiful roof and also the surprise was that they have two swimming pools. The food is varied and the front office is great, I thank all the staff for their kindness, I would also like to say that everyone is ready to help you even if it's late, The hotel has many advantages, really great in all respects.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Ashley, the manager upgraded us to a family room when she saw we are traveling with a baby! They packed lunch for us everyday, and gave my son gifts at the front desk. We haven't seen such generosity at a hotel before. If we're ever back to Wadi Musa, we'll definitely stay at this hotel!

We stayed here in room 204 while on an Exoticca tour and quite liked it. The room was spacious although our shower diffuser was not working properly as it cycled hot and cold and the shower drain was partially plugged. I mentioned this to the staff so that it could be fixed. The room was well laid out and decorated nicely. The balcony had a lock and the view of the town looked out towards Petra direction. The meals here were all great albeit all buffets for us. There was beer available but no other liquor. All drinks including water cost extra. The buffet selection was the best so far. They have an elevator here but it can only fit two people with two bags at a time so time your movements accordingly. They did exchange some Cdn $ for Jordanian at the hotel but not a great deal as it was $200 Cdn foe $88 Jordanian dinar. Staff were all friendly. Our room was fancied up nice after the first night maybe due to the tip we left on the pillow after the first night. The hotel has some spa services and a pool although we didn’t use it. The plug outlet was one of two types so we were covered with the round double prong type.
