Lovely room which had a lounge area, bathroom and pool access on the ground floor with very slippery stairs leading up to the bedroom and second bathroom. Pool was very dirty and not well maintained but looked good from afar.

**Warning - abusive and threatening staff / management** I left a bad review about this hotel and their poor service in relation to personal effects that needed to be returned via the postal system and their refusal to do anything to help, other than put a label on the package that i couldn't get collected. After 3 weeks of trying to convince someone to send it in their normal postal / admin duties I was forced to attempt to try and collect the parcel, only there's no collections on Samui because "this is Thailand". Instead of attempting to resolve my complaint about poor service i've been accused of being a "scammer" and someone "that hasn't even stayed in the hotel". I've also been threatened and had my valuable property destroyed by the petty management / owners of the hotel. This hotel doesn't believe in service or even doing the right thing, you shouldn't trust them with your safety or your belongings and their staff are very poorly trained, which stems from toxic leadership who believe that members of the public should not be allowed to post bad reviews about poor service from terrible staff. I even attempted to pay people to return my things but they are simply "too busy" or too stupid to understand basic service and human decency. At any other hotel in the world this would have been a simple task for staff to complete and is completely normal for hotels to send and receive something on behalf of their guests - either due to arrive or already departed. The hotel is self rated as a 3 star hotel, but even in a basic 3 star hotel you get normal desk and concierge services. I would suggest this is a 1 star hostel style lodging and if you want basic services to look elsewhere. I hope this is a learning lesson for them on how not to respond to people in future and how not to be unprofessional and pathetic. On a positive note there's so much room for improvement and growth because they really are rock bottom in terms of capability and service.

Jordan, the current receptionist//main attendant, is a well-spoken, and extremely helpful employee. He reassured me that during a month's stay, he will be available at any time of the day, should something happen, as he lives on the premises. The place itself looks very modern, is clean, and is very well located, next to many massage places, and many restaurants, both cheap and expensive. Additionally, the wifi works well, and the place is very spacious. If you are in Samui I would highly recommend staying there whether it is for a long stay or a short stay. If you want to see the place in person, I would recommend stopping by, as I'm sure Jordan will help you find the right room for your needs!
