Thank you for a great stay Pacific Gardens!!! All the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The hot tub was hot. The location was beautiful. The fireplace had a gas starter option so it was a quick start with real wood- PROVIDED BY THE INN! Such a bonus. The only thing I could think to change was that the bathroom didn't have a fan so it was humid in the room for a while after showers. Overall-What a great experience!! Again, thank you!

This review is for the two bedroom unit. Really comfortable place except the couch was uncomfortable. Really good breakfast if you get there early including gourmet scones and croissants. There were two waffle makers. Walk across the street through Asimolar and it's only a 7-minute walk to beautiful beaches. The wood-burning gas fireplace was great and added to the ambiance. This was a very quiet place despite the fact that many guests had their dogs. This is such a great location compared to extremely busy Monterey.

This is a very special and peaceful place and it's long overdue for a review from our family. We have stayed a number of times over the years both with and without our dog Lisa. We've stayed in different rooms both upstairs and down. It's a wonderful and low-key place across the street from Asilomar conference center and beach. The rooms are large, comfy , and homey. A number of them have fireplaces. They have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and popcorn maker in the room. They have a wonderful breakfast and wine hour. There are hot tubs and a barbeque area. The owners and staff are all so friendly. We love coming here to relax and recharge. I highly recommend the Pacific Gardens Inn!

I kind of want to keep this place to myself but feel it deserves the good review. I love traveling with my dog, and I love Monterey. I’m new to the west, and I was so happy the first time I visited here from Reno. I felt this hotel was extremely reasonable for a great location AND being dog friendly. My dog and family absolutely love the location. The only *tiniest* complaint is that their breakfast is somewhat sparse, but it always works for us, and the other positives outweigh this teeny-tiny negative. The help staff are friendly and very present, and we enjoy the complementary wine in the evenings. We just love it here. We plan on coming back again for Thanksgiving. Even with our long drive from Reno, it’s always worth it.
