our stay in April 2023 was perfect with no complaints! location is extremely convenient being right in front of myeongdong station exit 4, there was a Holly's coffee and GS25 convenience store just downstairs. our room was ready at 11am so they very kindly let us check in early, prompt and friendly service from concierge and front desk, clean fresh rooms with daily housekeeping. Would highly recommend staying here for your Seoul trip!

Great location. Right next to Myeong-dong station. Lots of food, shopping (above ground and underground), night life. The restaurants seemed to close on the earlier side, 9-10pm, and stores open late 8-11am. The hotel was clean and spacious! Oh and the doorman was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for the best part of a week, very clean, good sized rooms. Hotel has a gym, and a sauna (only for men). Very centrally located within Myeongdong, with the subway just outside the hotel, a night market, and Namsan Park and Tower just around the back. Would recommend.

Stay here for 5 nights. The location, as mentioned by other post here, is superb. Restaurants, cafes and convenient stores are just below the hotel.We booked a triple room. It comes with a single and a double bed. The double is smaller than a queen size bed! So it really not comfortable. For a 4 star hotel, I'm disappointed. Generally, room is clean. However, my friend room opposite me, water pressure was bad. They sent a technician up, after a few hours , they change the room for them. Also the toilet door lock is damaged. I let it slide because after all only my family is using the room. Also they seems to control the Aircon in the room. Each time I set to 23 degree, by night the Aircon will automatically set to 25 degree. Guest should have the discretion to set the temperature that suits them The housekeeper did a very good job every morning. That's very good. Another point to note. If traveling by train from airport, take exit 3 as there is escalators. We made a mistake by taking exit 4 and have to lug our luggage up the stairs. Alternative, airport bus is just along the main road. You can take the bus to and from airport. Approximately S$17 per pax. Otherwise train much cheaper. Only need to do some walking
