The agent was proactive only before you signed the agreement, after that it will be super slow. Got charged multiple different things that amount to RM1000+ but can never provide the receipts when requested. Avoid roof realty agents at all costs

AVOID C-12-10. For those want to rent a unit, please try to avoid UNIT C-12-10. Owner will need you to handover back the unit as to be the same or in better condition when the tenancy end. The story begin when our bathroom have limescale stain on the wall that is practically HARD to be remove but not impossible. Apparently his cleaning services cannot remove it as he mentioned. He lay out two option, to applied epoxy RM1.6 and reconstruction the whole tiles RM4k plus. He is clever as the reconstruction make the epoxy seems to be cheaper alternative. Fellow tenants, please mind that if it is the stain is bothering the owner, we only paid for the stain removal. Epoxy wall is something bonus that owner want to do to gloss up their own walls, which do no falls under our jurisdiction. We pay for the stain removal. He implied that there’s a lot of miscellaneous expenses that he absorb out of his good will. Example, I have clean thoroughly the fridge and remove whatever dirtiness that I can see. Pacific place is a good and strategic place, but to find a good owner will depend on your luck and wisdom.
