Owner of the villa is a women - very unpleasant and rude. We came to villa and once we had entered our apartment we noticed that we have two beds instead of 1 queen size as we booked on booking com. We pleasantly said - Is this our room, since we booked 1 Quin size bed? She started screaming just in a second and calling to the agency then they argued and then she tried to give me phone to talk with him, with words - it’s not my problem. I didn’t managed to talk since he just dropped the call. She continued screaming and saying it’s not my problem, you can cancel the booking if you don’t like etc.. we were shocked. We were ready to accept two beds - we didn’t have huge problem with that, but she even didn’t let us say any word. She started pushing us out of the room with word go outside, go outside. So we went outside and had a call to the booking manager, after he came we talked and he explained that it’s a miss take. And that we wouldnt face her (owner of the villa) while we will be living there. So that’s it. We stayed there for 4 days. Cleaning everyday but one day the cleaner lady has opened the door to our room without even knocking the door. No food available. No even small table in the room. Swimming pull and sun beds are good. 5 sun beds around there. Two tables outside somewhere in between the trees which is good. I wouldn’t come here again ever. And I suggest to rename this villa from “Villa Milesi” to “Villa Demetia”

The best warm welcome to greet us you could ask for. Great location just outside the main hub of the old town of Split. Lovely local and more gourmet restaurants very near the property. The property was immaculate, quiet, beautifully renovated and a very comfy bed. This property is not for those wishing to party late into the night as is in a residential peaceful area. Free parking upon request and will 100% stay here again next time we are in Split if we are lucky enough for it to be free. Beautiful, tranquil property with the most amazing owner :)

The meeting itself was very unpleasant. We arrived before 1:00 p.m., found the owner) check-in at 2:00 p.m. She invited to the territory of the accommodation and showed the room, but it had two single beds, not 1 double bed. We were a little disappointed.. and wanted to explain what was wrong.. but the owner, one might say, "kicked" us out of the room, and told us to wait for check-in time and deal with the booking agency..
