This hotel is the perfect place to go for a break away from busy life as the hotel and surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The sun loungers are really comfortable and pool area and surrounding gardens are beautiful. We thought the breakfast was really good with lots of choice. The beds are comfy and rooms very luxurious. The hotel is very far away from shops etc so it’s important to take into account extra expenses for taxis if you want to go out during the day or evening. We found it wasn’t always easy to get a drink at the pool as there’s no actual bar and we had to go inside the hotel often to find someone to order a drink from rather than there being someone taking orders at the pool. We used the spa for a massage which was very good and a good price. However the jacuzzi in the spa was cold it would have been good for it to be warm water. Just a bit misleading. The food served in the restaurant was good quality. We would stay here again despite everything mentioned as it was a relaxing place and good value for money. The rooms were cleaned very well each day.

Well, where to start…we booked a „65 sqm“ suite, which was a Maximum of 35 sqm. The water that came out the bathtub was brown, the „heating“ was none you leave on at night (picture below). You could hear every breath from the neighboring room. Every guest was frustrated while we were there. We left the place after 2 days despite paying for 10 nights. There was zero understanding or goodwill from the receptionist. After discussing the situation there was just silence. Of course a reimbursement was not accepted, we paid for 10 days. As a positive one can point out that housekeeping stuff was very committed and showed some shame to the poor quality and actual fraud compared to the advertised pictures, very much unlike the receptionist. Minibar was just an empty fridge. I honestly wonder where the positive reviews come from. Pillows were molded. The bench in our room had I don’t know what on it…Lastly still waiting for the reimbursement of my deposit for potential consumptions. Well, lets see if that comes back at least.

We arrived late and only had time to shower before we left for a party. The room we were allocated was in a chalet style off the main hotel with dimly lit lanterns to show the way. The tv was on and stuck on an Italian shopping channel. The bath tub was very high and the shower didn't work. Room was clean but the heating was very loud and stopped working on the second day and though reception was advised nothing was done by the time we left. Night time temperatures dropped from 25 to 5 degrees and thank goodness for the quilts on the beds and sitting by the pool in the sun during the day was a welcome relief. Breakfast was very good with a selection of continental pastries and cooked options like scrambled eggs and sausages. They also provided freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee was great. The waiting staff were attentive hence the 2 stars.

While this hotel is exceptionally beautiful, it is not a 5 star hotel nor does it have the ammentities that it claims to have online. It is tired and unkept. We arrived at 19:30 and we were told that the kitchen closed within the hour and we were given a very limited choice of food for the evening. The receptionist was nice enough, but we did not experience the wonderful hospitality that we have received throughout our time in Morocco. There was no room service - which I would expect for a 5 star hotel. The bedroom we were then taken to was of OK standard and adorned with rose petals (nice touch). However this did not take over the fact there were ants in the bed, stains all down the bed and walls, the bathroom smelt of urine (due to poor drains) and the shower water ran brown. We slept fine but the mini fridge was very loud - fridges should not hiss and rattle (this could be very dangerous!). We were told that breakfast started at 7:30 and finished at 10:30. When we did get to breakfast at 9am the next morning we found no one there but the food was laid out with no covers. The cups were dirty and sticky and we had to ask for clean things. The food that was supposed to be hot was placed in tagines and was cold (the pancakes were stale). There were flies in the fruit and all over the food. The coffee was hot but tasted horrible and the milk curdled. We did not have breakfast for fear it would make us ill. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel - it is a guest house set in a beautiful garden and should be advertised correctly. We stayed for one night and had to leave for another hotel that came recommended by a friend. Lastly the WiFi didn’t work in the hotel, and we’re told it was a problem in the area! However in the new hotel (10 minutes down the road) the WiFi works perfectly. If a little bit of time and money was put into this hotel, they would see a huge return on investment. It is really such a shame as it could be an absolutely wonderful oasis of tranquility and exceptional service if more money was put into this place - which it should be considering how much the rooms are and how few staff are there!

Actual is an Construction near the hotel, very loud and no hint at the hotel booking page!!!!!! Bad wifi (very slow and high latency) and no wifi outside! Loveless breakfast, you think it’s your last breakfast before the death penalty in the prison. Bad, very Bad filter Coffee! No service at the breakfast and the pool(that’s a 5 stars hotel?) Old tv without HD and bad channel offer Tv Signal.. And our first room smells like poo because outside is maybe an open poo silo. We get a new room, that was nice - but the noise is too loud. The last offer was, to change to an riad from the hotel group. (riad Zolah) but this is a separat review. The only good point is for the nice outside view, like the house, pool and garden!
