I refuse to even speak of the things this Riad can improve upon. Infact I NEVER leave bad reviews for any place I go. If I don't like it I just don't go back. Those things are so minor anyway that I've dismissed them from my mind. The beauty of that building is astounding. You could spend weeks there and not fully comprehend the stunning detail work of the Moroccan craftsmen. Every turn is another masterpiece! The perfect place to escape the wild streets and alleys of the Medina. The staff was attentive and friendly even when we were jet lagged and cranky our first night they went out of their way to be good to us. The constant hustle of Marrakech can test any traveller, so to have such a wonderful oasis to come home to is crucial. Every night we ended up at the bar playing chess, sitting by the fire with drinks, or watching soccer with the friendly staff. An atmosphere that no luxury hotel can replicate. I guarantee you will find yourself clutching your phone and wandering around the building taking pictures that will never fully capture what you experience. Book it - and you will be amazed.

We had a wonderful time at Palais Sebban and highly recommend it. Service was top notch (especially Yassin at the front desk who went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met); rooms were clean, comfortable and breakfast was spectacular. (There's an adorable cat named "Chuko" who wanders around and adds to the experience.) Highly recommend and will stay here again the next time we're in Marrakesh.

We had a nice stay here. The riad is undoubtedly beautiful in terms of architecture. It’s centrally located so easy to access many points of interest. There are many relaxing spaces to hang out in & the sweetest little cat! Food was delicious, including a fresh & plentiful breakfast. Staff are also so kind & go above & beyond to assist. Room wise, it was also lovely & comfortable. However unfortunately- being as old as it is, there were some obvious plumbing issues in bathroom (weird smell & noises). The mirror in there should also be changed. It’s a dark room unless all lights are on but it’s no issue, and for winter months, Im grateful for the heating system, otherwise it would be freezing. Overall still very happy with the Riad & would happily stay again; but perhaps in a different room.

In preparation for our trip to Marrakesh, we diligently researched and read numerous reviews before ultimately choosing Riad Palais Sebban. With three previous Riad experiences in Morocco that left us amazed, our expectations were sky-high. This was mainly due to the fact that Marrakesh is renowned for its top-notch Riads. Regrettably, our high hopes quickly turned into deep disappointment. The management of this Riad was the worst we have encountered. The only saving grace are the remaining staff members; everything else about this place is extremely unsatisfactory. The culinary experience was dreadful, with dinner being particularly awful and tasteless. Furthermore, the Riad itself was in a deplorable state of disrepair, with dust covering everything and a complete lack of coherence in the design and layout of the property. The rooms were absolutely abysmal, with a foul smell and complete lack of cleanliness, falling significantly below even one-star quality. To make matters worse, the customer service was utterly apathetic and failed to properly assist us with our needs. The only positive aspect of our stay was the presence of some helpful staff members. We strongly advise against choosing this Riad property for anyone. Perhaps they may improve in the future, but until then, we cannot recommend it.

Our journey to morroco started the worst way possible. We booked a riad and on our arrival, we were told that we couldnt stay there as it was overbooked. The option they gave us looked like an haunted house and the location was terrible. We found palais seban and booked 2 rooms, since our arrival at the riad until the moment we left for the airport ,was wonderfull. This place loos like an oasis in the middle of the desert, all the staff was so nice with us. I recomend this riad 100000%
