This is a great place to stay in Naples. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and the position in the Centro gives easy access to all of Naples’ attractions, either by walking or by using public transport. On top of this, the very friendly and helpful owners, Luigi and Margherita, and their great staff provide the service at the highest level. We have to say this was what made our 7 night stay so fantastic , and we have found none better in all our travels. From offering advice on where to go and eat to treating us like friends - so very good. The continental breakfast was also terrific. Very highly recommended

We booked this place for 1 night with Expedia and requested one double bed and one single bed. We paid for a triple deluxe room. At check in they asked for an extra 15€ even though we paid for 1 double and 1 single bed. We didn't agree and they said we need to contact Expedia ourselves. We already stayed at another place in Naples and it was fantastic but this was our worse experience in Naples. Expedia wasn't helpful and this placed basically demanded extra money. This hotel is located at a not so good area and there's renovations happening and it's not easy to find! The balcony is broken and it's super noisy in the morning when the kitchen door opens and closes! Upon check out, we asked if we can keep our luggages with them for 3hrs and they refused to help us because my friend was honest and gave them a one star. She was being honest with our experience and these people took it personally! They told us if we need their help why did we write a bad review!?? Storing luggage is a basic service but this place will put you luggages in the toilette anyway. There is no place to store luggages! They told us to delete the review they will let us store our luggages! We said NO and found a luggage storage place name Patrizia! We met so many nice Italians in Naples but these people are NOT nice to deal with! I do not recommend this place at all - it's cheap but the mattresses are not good quality and towels are also bad quality, the rooms are decent and clean but the area is the worse and now we can say their customer service is also bad. Together with Expedia's lack of accountability and this horrible customer service, thank god we only stay one night!!!

We booked this place for 1 night with Expedia and requested one double bed and one single bed. At check in they asked for an extra 15€ even though we paid for 1 double and 1 single bed. We didn't agree and they said we need to contact Expedia ourselves. Clearly our confirmation showed we paid for a triple bed and we showed them the confirmation from Expedia but because they don't understand ENGLISH, they insist we didn't paid for the triple bed! It's quite tiring, I would never book with a smaller boutique hotel again! If you travel to Naples go with the bigger hotels! Do not book with small B&B or boutique hotels!!! And this hotel is super unsafe...the balcony is broken and yet they still allow the door to the balcony to be opened! Upon check out, we asked if we can keep our luggages with them for 3hrs and they refused to help us because I gave them a bad review. I was being honest with our experience and these people took it personally! They told us if we delete the review they will let us store our luggages! I said NO thanks, and found a luggage storage place name Patricia! I met so many nice Italians in Naples but these people are NOT nice to deal with! I do not recommend this place at all - it's cheap but so is the beds and rooms and the service!!! My friend wrote an honest review and they replied back so nastily and told us not to travel. Please read their reply and decide if you want to deal with this kind of manager!? What kind of business owner response like this to a customer!?

We had a wonderful stay at this B+B. The room/apartment is super nice and very centrally located. The breakfast was delicious and made with fresh products. They serve a very good Neapolitan coffee but be careful: don't drink too many as it is very strong (no matter how many you think you can drink! 😁) Most of all I need to thank the host Luigi. He was what you would call a perfect host. Super friendly, very cordial and also a perfect city guide. The all-round carefree package. If I ever come back to Naples it will be with Luigi for sure!! Ti auguro tutto il meglio e spero che ci rivedremo Greetings Marcel

The rooms are beautiful, Luigi recently renovated the floor. We were met at the airport by Enesto, and by Palita are the building. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and Luigi brought warn Sfogliatella (!) on our last morning. And it’s in the middle of the action, it’s a perfect location from which to explore. Our host Luigi defines what the term ‘hospitality’ means in the truest sense. We were new to his city and Luigi made us feel immediately comfortable with his quick communication, expert advice on where to visit, see, eat, etc. And his warmth and concern AND effort that everything was perfect for us. And Luigi was especially helpful arranging a few business appointments for me. But it was upon meeting Luigi that it all came together; he’s a wonderful human being. When we got jammed-up with a serious transportation issue, Luigi went ‘above and beyond’ in solving our crisis BEYOND anything I’ve ever experienced. I hope that Luigi and his family visit us in Boston some day so we can attempt to return his hospitality, in kind. Many, many thanks to you Luigi, I feel like I’ve made a friend in Napoli, one whom I see again.
