What a great location, right on the edge of all the activity. The staff was completely available and helpful. Making great suggestions to help us. Enjoyed our stay- if I went back I’d probably pick a larger room since we were there for a few days.

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Palazzo Medusa. Centrally located, friendly neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, no bed bugs found, and most of all dark quiet nights perfect for getting rest after walking so much. You won’t regret staying here. We’ll be back!

We had an amzing stay. It was very quiet environment. Mateo was very nice and helpful we only reserved for 2 nights and we end up staying 1 more night. It's closer to the basílica than coliseum but we made it walking to both I will say is about 10 min away from palazzo medusa which was very helpful.

Hotels in Rome can be hit and miss, but Palazzo Medusa was a real hit! Really clean with high quality finishes throughout, and generous size rooms. Absolutely ideal location easy walking distance from all the historical hot spots of ancient Rome. Super helpful staff team, and especially Andrea who sent us great instructions before we arrived do we knew where to go, and Chiaraluna who checked us in and kindly sent us a message with loads of great tips and locations worth visiting. We really enjoyed our stay. ❤️
