This hotel is definitely in a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and a laundromat to do clothes. The room was so hot, we had the card in and the ac didn’t seem to work at all. It was pretty bad. The fridge in the room didn’t get cold either. Also the floors in the room were so slippery, if you had socks on you could easily slip and fall. The breakfast was wonderful and had great service. But for being a 5 star hotel the rooms were definitely lacking

Our family had two rooms: 332 and 333. Upon entering 333, we smelled an odor similar to old onions. Furthermore, the power kept on shutting off. I had to reset the card in the slot 3 times to restore power before I called the front desk requesting a different room. To the hotels credit, they did find us an alternate room (different floor from our children). In my children’s room 332 the power keycard apparently also had problems because they reported the lights randomly turned on at 3am one morning. And the next night power was out and no devices that were charging actually charged. This hotel really needs to check their power system. One tip on rooms with an “enclosed” shower. If you don’t overlap the two shower doors, water leaks out the bottom creating a puddle in the bathroom and soaking the mat. See pictures. Oh and off the 5 hotels we stayed at in Italy with breakfast buffet, this is the only one that did not let us bring a bottle of water to our table. It’s a hot summer and our family drinks a lot of water. It was silly to keep on constantly filling a small glass of water at the buffet. (And most of the time they ran out of water)

A little confusing getting there but once you get there it's pretty awesome to get anywhere. They will be renovating rooms effective 12/4/23. Which will really make things better.
