A nice, out of the way hotel that might be hard to find (check for the signs!), but lives up to its name. Great room service, friendly staff, and a decent walkable location to nearby attractions. Check out the amazing balcony view at night!

Neighbourhood location, a bit of a hike from the main shopping and the tourist area but if you don't mind walking...it's good exercise. It was a 2hr meander from Napoli Centrale but it was a treat to get familiar with the streets. It was really sweet to open the window at night and hear all the chatter and family goings on from the low rises all around. It was like something from out of a movie and very special. And the view over Naples from my room and also from the rooftop was spectacular. Breath-taking, really. The room was ideal: white, tall wooden-shuttered windows with white billowy curtains. They included a toothbrush and toothpaste set along with the regular toiletries. The only thing wrong was the bed: it was not very comfortable partly because the sheets were very rough but also because the bed was a bit cheap. I like hard and soft beds; this was just cheap. Not much by way of groceries in this area and taxis don't want to come this way (I tried). The Metro is very close and the trains are cheap and very easy to use (and I was a little apprehensive before I arrived in Italy. I shouldn't have been at all). But it just means fewer tourists. Don't be intimidated by it being on a hill: it's not bad. Staff are really friendly and will offer you bottled water upon arrival if you're hot and sweaty or a specialty coffee if you're walking around the hotel with them. Very gracious.

it was the worst experience ever! the hotel is located in a terrible neighborhood, with narrow streets and dubious people, I witnessed a horrible scene, a 10-year-old girl was attacked by her father, the poor thing was bleeding, her mother was screaming, no one intervened! I reached the entrance of the jotel with difficulty, which probably because of the area had a barred door and opened only after calling the intercom, even the employees were not safe

We stayed in this hotel in the first days of August, we were a large group of friends, more than 15 people. During the same week, we stayed here twice, for a total of 3 nights. Pros: The hotel is new, clean and well looked after. The staff is courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, located in a quiet and safe area in the city center, close to the Spanish Quarter, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. It is also a stone's throw from the funicular that takes you to the panoramic view of Vomero (just 2 minutes on foot) and a few minutes from the metro station (5 minutes on foot). Furthermore, it offers a shared panoramic terrace with a spectacular view over the whole of Naples. An internal garage is available, although we did not use it. Breakfast is overall good, with a varied buffet and always fresh products. Some rooms are very spacious, while others are a little smaller, particularly those on the ground floor, but are quieter. Against: We noticed that some beds were noisy and squeaked with every movement, but overall we still slept well and had no problems with back pain. Some rooms are really small, including the bathroom and shower room, although other rooms are very spacious, probably due to different price ranges. During our stay, we experienced occasional problems with the coffee maker during breakfast, but this was resolved on the last day. Overall, I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when I'm in Naples again.
