Our experience in this hotel was a terrible one. Not only the photos depicted a nice hotel and a clean one but also the best service. Reality: We found a filthy hotel, with minimum cleanliness. Dust and stains in walls, floors furniture. We rented 2 suites that happened to have very cheap furniture probably from the 80s. We complained about the contrast with photos and their explanation was that the suites were not updated but only the photos. As they were very dirty and shady we requested to be moved to another suite and they moved us to a 2 standard rooms for the same price of the suites we had prepaid, bot the worst is that they were also UNCLEAN AGAIN but smaller!!!!. They also had holes in the walls, stains, mould in the bathroom , the moulding in the rooms were full of cracks and evident lack of maintenance, there were some missing fixtures n the walls but only the supporting brackets where they were suppposed to be mounted, rickety furniture and so on. We asked to see the manager and never showed nor contacted us back as supposedly he was out of town!!!!. We were recommended to send an email to which he never answered back. Those were the worst 5 days of our total 3 weeks in Italy. A total waste of money!!! Please stay away from this place.

when we first checked in, we saw that the room was very not at all as it was shown in the pictures online. i went to the girl by the front desk to change rooms and she said that there was no other room available. the room that we were given was a disaster. it was a mess. there was bugs in the room, there was lizards crawling, there was mold in the bathrooms and there was even old contact lenses on the floor in the room!! and whenever we tried to call the whatsapp phone number, no one answered... we did not have any room cleaning come clean our room throughout the whole stay. we could not even complete the second night in the hotel becuase of the disgusting room we were in.

The staff were very helpful!! Especially Ariel!! I recommend this hotel, great location, in the heart of Rome, room was clean and breakfast at the room was amazing !! I will go again!!

We are a big family which can get pricey staying anywhere so we opted for a 3 star hotel on this trip to Rome after reading the reviews and seeing it’s’ central location. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with clean rooms, high ceilings which have been left in the original old style and the most accommodating staff. Our suitcases had been lost by our airline. On day 2, the staff took over calling the airline and Pamela stayed after hours to receive our suitcase while we went out to dinner. Thank you Pamela!The location is perfect for shoppers, however, one should note that this hotel has stairs. Our teenage children objected to the loud violinist playing outside their window. (This was our only negative). I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

When I booked this hotel it showed as a 5 star now it says 3 star. Anyways I enjoyed my stay last May 2023. The hospitality was definitely 5 star! My room had a little balcony that overlooked the streets of Via Franitta. Very close walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Novana. I was never able to connect to the Wi-Fi but traveled with my own portable wi-fi and I only stayed one night so it wasn't a huge deal breaker. I probably would have asked for help if I stayed longer. Breakfast was delivered to my room and was delicious. Close to all the shops as you can see in the pictures. I'd stay here again just for the great hospitality I received. I traveled solo and felt safe the entire time.
