The room is beautiful and the location is good. The staff does not speak English at all and is only appointed by money. There are places where the smell outside is unpleasant. There is no water pressure in the pipes and almost no hot water at all. There are three very nice pools and the food is at a reasonable level.

The photos are misleading and there is no amenities. The pool is not an infinity pool and was green so you wouldn't use it. There is no beach, you get into the water from the restaurant which we were pretty sure was contaminated. Our room was clean and modern but the towels were stale. We had an issue with the shower but was fixed right away. Ocean view was a view of cut down trees and the back of the restaurant and an abandoned hotel. This place can be good but isn't there. All services were closed but the physical location was close to a bunch of restaurants.

Post Covid 19 the property is very well maintained, rooms, lobbies and premises were clean and spacious. Very near to the beach, a lovely view from the room balcony. Delicious breakfast. But they need to change the menu, it was more or less the same.

Friendly staff, right from the get-go. The place is near from the bus station and the airport, and the bus on the island is free. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony looking right out onto the beach – perfect for those sunrise coffee moments! Plus, they've got three cool swimming pools, and breakfast was okay. All in all, this place is good if you're heading to Phu Quoc. worth checking out!
