I'm very disappointed in the service at Pamba on 131, what was advertised or portrayed is not the same. I made a reservation for a friend for their anniversary, it was supposed to be a surprise which turned out that it wasn't and money wasted without any compensation! How does one run a business like that, she took pictures and I could not believe what I saw especially for the price charged, I've personally been to a lot of places and not once have I seen this. What was advertised was also not granted, she and her partner didn't have a good time as they could not swim as the pool was dirty, stained walls in kitchen, no hairdryer, chairs outside was broken, there was broken cutlery which was taped together, chipped bowls, pots was scratched/greasy and piled up dishes... I would not recommend this place to anyone and I'm extremely disappointed.

Staff really friendly. Warm welcome and good communication overall. Massage room COLD AF!!! My hands and body were cold the whole time. The Masseuse staff did not seem to be well prepared for us, why have candles if they are not going to be lit? I expected the candles to be lit for that extra beautiful scent. The juice in the jar seemed to be a left over juice from other people. If you do not offer welcome drinks don't offer at all rather than put juice that is not even a quarter full there. They went to go get the music apparatus while we were already laying there, indicating no preparedness from them. The masseuse's hands were extremely cold and seemed inexperienced. For my husband he complained about his masseuse's nails and how they were scratching him. We have been to a lot of massages and by far this was the least of our favourite. The towels and rooms were clean and smelled ok. However if u really NEED a massage I wouldn't recommend this place.

Pamba on 131 are the BEST guest house to stay at! Their prices beat the rest and their service is top class! Thank you Pamba on 131 for your excellent service and I will definitely spread the word and use your place again!
