This is an overrated Hotel. I booked my stay here because I love Coal Harbor and the views of the Harbor from this hotel. The hotel is in the best location, but it does not deserve to be a 5-star hotel. The front desk staff was rude without any reason. We found peanuts underneath the bed. The bathrobe was shabby. When I called room service and asked for salt, they said we were running out of salt!!! Can you imagine!! A 5-star hotel says to their guest that they don’t have salt!!! We booked directly from the hotel, but it was more expensive than third-party booking! I am sorry to say, but it was not a great experience which I expected. There are a few more options for the harbour view hotels. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Stayed at the hotel for a week room was very nice and clean. Food at breakfast buffet was ok seemed like your typical continental. Went to the lounge a couple times food is decent but by far the small bites and choices/varieties of platters were the best tonight! Compared to other nights… but Great job to all the servers/workers for the excellent and professional service.

Hands down one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were huge (and I just had a regular double bed room). The view of the city was beautiful. Everything was kept very clean and fresh and even surprisingly the beds were pretty comfortable, if on the firmer side. But its in a great location for the convention center and dozens of restaurants. Not sure the reason for the phone in the bathroom, but it made us laugh!

Very clean, comfortable, helpful staff, great views, and opulent atmosphere. My room had a wonderful view toward Lion's Gate Bridge and Coal Harbourfront. My room was attended daily, and the room amenities were all working. No microwave but kettle and coffee maker and fridge with creamers available. I did not utilize the pool or fitness amenities, but they looked clean and I could see people were using them. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff at the front desk check was very professional and knowledgeable. At check-in, our room was not available, and we were told that we received a room upgrade. After accessing our room, we waited 2 hours for our luggage, and then decided to call the front desk to find it. We were transferred to a bellhop, who had no info on our luggage. About a half hour later, it was brought up to our room. We found a used towel left on the back of the bathroom door. We had a nice corner room (#1210) with city view and west side cruise ship berth view (the Disney Wonder arrived early this morning). Jacinthe, our breakfast server, was courteous and professional and treated us like valued clients at our buffet breakfast at Oceans 999. However, the constant jack hammering outside on the deck, along with the greyed out panoramic windows blocked off view (there was none), did not add to our vacation breakfast experience. And we could not bring our breakfast to our room as our room had no table to sit at (only a desk and a small side table for the coffee machine and ice bucket). The Gym did not have any mats available to do any floor stretching exercises, and the actual gym looks nothing like the pictures shown on the CS level. Although the location was good and the staff was very professional, the over $1100 paid for the room was NOT worth the 1 night stay.
