1- In the booking page It is said that there is TV in the room but rooms don't have TVs 2- In the booking page It is said that you can stay 24 hours but you can stay 20 hour for full payment so they wake me up in the early morning at 8am and sent me 5- The girl in the reception is really rude 4- Sheets and pillowcases are torn, bath towel is full of brown stains 5- You can hear everything from other rooms

Good afternoon I also wanted to share my review about this hotel, I visit Almaty very often and only stop there now every time. The conditions are very pleasing: quiet, calm, and of course 10 out of 10 cleanliness everywhere. The girls who work there are always polite, administrator Ainagul and maid Kuanysh, thank you, great girls will always help, they greet you with a smile! I wish you prosperity and more such employees!!!

In principle, not bad, the main plus for us was that payment for accommodation here is not from 2 pm to 11 am the next day, but by the hour - that is, you can arrive late in the evening, pay for the day and you can also check out only late in the evening - this is convenient, Who needs the train, it's a 20 minute walk to the train station. The rooms themselves, of course. we were tired, but the bed linen was fresh, Wi-Fi actually worked, we were allowed to use the refrigerator from the reception, and we had our own kettle with us - so we didn’t experience any particular inconvenience.
