5 stars all across the board. Had a great 6 night stay here in June. Minutes from the metro. Nice little grocery store around the corner. The room and bed was excellent. Marie-Ann was excellent too as she really helped us out with a mix up with the booking.

Perfect place for rent and visit Munich... S-Bahn and tram and ring... Two station to center... Building is news with high standards... Apartment is full functionally.. Frau Marie Anne is very kind and help us with every question

Great location, two S-bahn stops away from Central Station. Quiet area. Edeka just around the corner. The flat is spacious enough, kitchen has everything you may need, enough closet space and solid heating.

Nice clean apartments with easy access to Oktoberfest! Just 1.8 kms on foot! Very close to railway and bus station. Right behind Mercedes building and near Google office! The super market is 100 meters away and nice good restaurants within 1 kms. Cleaning fee is steep at 50 euro as most of other apartments in Munich charge 30 euro as cleaning fee. Very helpful staff and reception! Laundry and iron room in basement.
