We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The private pool and pool side are beautiful and luxurious. The only downside is that the pools are not heated which might be slightly inconvenient if you are sensitive to the temperature (we've been there in August and the water was chilly, especially on windy days). Other than that we had a great time. Worth to mention the helpful team, always pleased to help. Highly recommend for a vacation.

Beautiful villa with private pool. Too bad that you can easily hear the neighbours, otherwise the room is very comfortable and enjoyable. The service is however lacking compared to the standing of the accomodation, there is no water refill, despite tap water being non drinkable, so you have to buy your water from restaurant or minibar at excessive prices. Not all staff members speak well English which can lead to misunderstandings. Breakfast only starts from 9am so it's not very convenient if you wake up early.

Paradise on earth!!! Panormos Bay Suites was everything and more than i expected. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and fully equipped, the private pool was perfect for relaxing times. Everything was squeaky clean and The personnel were very friendly and always at our disposal. The service both in the restaurant and in the room service was exceptional. I’m very happy that I found this gem and I’m definitely recommending this to everyone and for sure coming back next year.

This is perhaps one of my favourite stays ever. Prior to arriving, they conveniently text you on whatsapp to ensure your arrival and check in all runs smoothly. They helped to arrange transfer from the port to the hotel and upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink. They also kindly upgraded our room (i assume as the hotel wasn't too busy) which was a really nice thing to do. Room service was so quick and easy to just message them on whatsapp. The private pools are incredible and there is plenty of outdoor space too. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice too. I don't think i have any negatives. A big reason for my positive review goes to the staff though, so a massive thank you and well done to the people who work there for providing an excellent customer service.
