2-bedroom villa was generally well-appointed and comfortable. Warm service. However breakfast was very bad with limited selection and diluted juice mixed with rain water. Also, there was absolutely nth much to do location wise. Lagoi Plaza looked like a scene post-apocalypse. It rained the entire morning we were due to check out, and there was no late check out offered even though we asked. So we didn’t get to use the pool for our one night stay. Massage did not hit the spot, and they couldn’t accommodate 5 of us at the same time.

Booked a one room villa and the unit is clean and spacious. The villa comes complete with a living room, open air dining, master bedroom and a large toilet. A very good place for relaxing n family time with your loves one.

Great place to stay! Went there for my friend’s proposal and the hotel saw to everything. From decor to chilling of our champagne. The in room BBQ was amazing! Each villa has a private pool, and therefore no need to worry about the crowd. Totally recommend. However do be careful of sandflies around the beach

I just had a disastrous experience with this hotel. Stayed there and found the air from the aircon is smelly at night, so smelly to have made me awaken during the night. The odour of rotten dead rat or something. I had to turn off the aircon and kept on the doors to have fresh air. It was later checked by servicemen and improved for my second night stay, but still not completely gone. It ruined my stay here. Otherwise, i liked the swimming pool and the beach walk after tide faded. Food in the restaurant is expensive as expected, but you may just hire a car from the front office and look for food at Lagoi Plaza. Pity too is that the plaza now is of poor condition and only a few stores kept open after the impact of COVID.

Best place to unwind in Bintan! 1) Private Pool, can literally swim naked. 2) Very big Wash Room, with natural air and greenery. 3) One-Bed Room comes with a living area, open kitchen, 2 single-beds, and can add mobile bed, wardrobe area. 4) Buggy service to pick/send from Villa to Front Desk. 5) Chauffeured service to/from Resort to any location in Bintan. 6) ATV ride was awesome. 7) Breakfast provided. 8) Can watch Netflix from TV Box, just need to sign in to your account, and remember to sign out when done. 9) Extremely friendly staff, and always ready to give a helping hand.
