Stayed 2 nights in October with tripadeal. Hotel is located 20min + from airport in what looks like a not so nice part of town. It’s in the car park of a 2 building shopping centre. Excellent supermarket next door. Hotel is dated and very basic. Windows outside look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Room 305 is on the side of the freeway. Can’t leave windows open because of the traffic noise. Large room with 2 king singles made up as a king. Comfortable bed. There was also a fold up bed. The only extra is a fridge. No kettle, complimentary tea or coffee, finding this very common in Italian hotels. Some have machines others only available in operating hours. Would suggest buying a small travel kettle. Shower in bath with a small handheld shower. Room has AC which works well. TV has English shows which is a plus. WiFi is included and works well. Breakfast is in a cramped room divided in 2, with large round tables that you can barely walk around. Each table has a jug of tang not oj on it, any very sweet. Cakes and croissants, toast, cold Italian meats and cheese, cereal, yogurt and tin fruit, scrambled eggs and cut up bits of sausage. Nothing special but it filled a hole. The best and quickest way to get to attractions is with an Uber and the cost is €40-€50. Complicated with public transport and takes over an hour. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here as a tourist, too far away from attractions. Can’t wait to check out. Tripadeal charge a little extra and stay closer to towns and cities.

Worst hotel on the planet! I have stayed in many hotels in my life but one is as bad as it gets! Firstly, the rooms are very average, the shower leaked all over the floor in my bathroom and the windows were broken, the air-conditioner does not even cool the already stuffy room. The breakfast appalling: everything is stale and almost inedible. The attending staff are rude and disrespectful. The lifts are slow and tiny. The hotel is about an hour from Rome and Public Transport is a combination of both bus and a train to get into the city. Taxi to Rome costs between €30 and €60 depending on traffic and attitude of driver. There is no cafe or restaurant available anywhere around the hotel to eat at. It is essentially in a business park. There is a supermarket next door and an electronics store. There is a busy freeway right next door. My advice and the advice of 30 others in our group: avoid this hotel!

Hotel is absolutely appalling. Horrendous reception service by Mateo (blonde hair and blue eyed man) as he would not help us order a meal from outside the hotel and was blatantly rude. We did not want to eat the hotel food as our breakfast food was cold, stale and no variety. When we attempted to order room service, again the waiter was rude stating he was too busy and unable to bring for an hour and if that he may still be too busy then. Reception toilets were not open at 6am so everyone had to ask for room keys back and were sent back to rooms. Shower was of bad quality as it would not stay in position and ended up showering the wall rather than us. My friends air conditioning was broken as well as a broken window that would not open. Our tour group of 28 all had negative experiences of their own and would NEVER recommend to anyone.

The hotel is very good and the rooms are neat and clean. The biggest problem is Air Cons. They had switched off the aircons, or maybe the council had switched it off. I had no idea, but with aircons, it's really tough to stay comfortably. Breakfast is average. The receptionist were helpful and their is lots for free parking available. Just next door is shopping mall to keep yourself busy 😁. Overall, it's a good hotel, but if Aircons works, then it's a great hotel 👌👌👌👌
