The service in this hotel is outstanding. The guys at the bar are very friendly and have made me some really good cocktails that I’ve cherished and enjoyed every day. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic and is close to all activities that you would want to do in Sydney. The breakfast buffet was really good, and included barista made coffee. I’ve always upgraded my rooms and with this upgrade with a balcony didn’t justify my upgrade as it’s tiny and has no view and no furniture to sit on. Probably get the One Bedroom Spa Suite next time

Beautiful hotel located in the perfect area right in the downtown of the city. The room was clean and spacious. The service outstanding and exceptional front checking in to checking out. They help with directions, recommendations and any questions you may have. They have a beautiful buffet breakfast and if you are on the club floor you can have your breakfast upstairs. You can also have drinks and snacks in the afternoons. They have a great restaurant in the lobby and at the bar area. They have a valet with someone who parks your car but it is pricy.

That was an extremely amazing experience for us and our 1,5 year old son! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The staff was welcoming and friendly,ready to help us anytime! The room was so big and spacious to stay in with a kid! Such a kids friendly place! The food was good and the location of the hotel is so convenient!

The service in this hotel is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic. The breakfast buffet was really good, and included barista made coffee. The only downside was the balcony in our room. Not worth booking an upgraded room with a balcony as it’s tiny and has no view and no furniture to sit on as it’s so small.

You can stay at a reasonable price in a location with easy access to the Opera House, Harbor Bridge and shopping malls in central area through tram. I walked to the Opera house early in the morning and I took a comfortable walk around the area. The staff was friendly and it was a perfect business hotel with rooms on each floor connected closely. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay in next time I visit Sydney.
