Nice spot to relax. When we (family) arrived in Ko Chang our first stop was Parama. Very quiet and relaxing- we enjoyed the pool and the lovely view. Staff was always friendly and had nice recommendations in the surrounding. Car or scooter inevitable because of the abandoned location. Wi-Fi poor quality. Prices for foot expensive- we visited the restaurant next to the hotel. To explore the surrounding you can find waterfalls, temple, fisher village, lonely beach and the mangrove forest. The hotel can bring you to an private little island which looks like paradise. 7 eleven a few kilometres away- Scooter again necessary to get there. If you want to relax this hotel is a nice choice.

The staff is very customer oriented! When I made my booking I did not do my research well. They allowed me to shorten my stay and upgrade my room to make our experience much better. I also made a mistake about payment and they worked with me to ensure I understood my mistake. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with the turtles and fish. The kayaking across the bay is enjoyable.

This place is amazing. Beautifully clean, bug-free rooms with beds that you just fall asleep in as soon as you lie on them. We went for the rooms with the Jacuzzi in, and it was totally worth the price. To be able to sit in peace and quiet, and unwind in a luxury hot tub, in a gorgeous wood-finished 5-star room, after spending a day hiking around nature is a piece of heaven. Super friendly staff too. It's on the part of the island that is pretty free from people, and is exactly what we wanted. We booked a stay here for 3 nights / 4 days, and have rented a bike to drive around other parts of the island when we need. (We took a taxi here from Bangkok, then 20-min ferry from the port in Trat. Everything was seamless.)

this is my best holiday in Thailand. 5 star hotel that blends with nature. I stayed during a pandemic, so the hotel didn't have many guests staying. We were served very well by the hotel employees, they did everything they could to make our holiday memorable. In the morning we were dropped to a small white sandy island to swim, we also fed sea fish and turtles in the giant pond around the restaurant. the location of the hotel is a bit far and remote, not many restaurants or stalls around it. So make sure you buy food/snacks near Koh Chang Pier before heading here. For lunch and dinner, you can order at the hotel. Thank you Parama Resort, we really want to come back soon

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had the best time of our life! The resort is stunning and the restaurant serves delicious food. I loved feeding the sea turtles and renting a motor bike to travel to long beach and nearby temples. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. This place is just amazing and we definitely will come back!!
