Opera is a great and central area within Paris with lots to do. This place is located in a very nice and centric area in Paris. Room service as well as Bell Service is excellent. We were here for a week and the stay was great. Room was nice and clean room service was excellent. Staff is very polite and friendly. We arrived via the Eurostar at around 11 am and our room was ready. Great stay.

The location is very strategic, close to shops, and public transport. The front desk staff were friendly and assisted in making the check-in process go smoothly. The rooms are standard and clean. The breakfast was also good too.

Room was pretty freshly renovated but toilet was not and the flush doesn’t always work. Concierge was alright - though the concierge was busy chatting with other visitors extensively about his/their day while we were waiting in queue - as if we weren’t there. Other patrons were also trying to get someone’s attention at the front desk but no one came until at least after 5 mins. We also had to unload our luggage from the cab outside ourselves AND bring it into the hotel ourselves - no bellboy service. Location was fantastic though.

This hotel was beautiful, location is amazing and amenities remarkable. We stayed over 4 days and had a wonderful time. The team was great and very friendly. I want to take a minute to give Thomas at front desk a special shoutout. Upon checkin, (we arrived very early around 12) he was able to find a room for us immediately. After telling him I was here to propose to my girlfriend, he gracefully upgraded us and even coordinated to have champagne and chocolates sent to our room the next day at the perfect time. He took time to sit with me, talk through the plan and general chitchat. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable on the hotel and the surroundings. I truly hope Marriott sees this employee for his right value as he provided the best service possible. I often get to stay at very nice hotels for my work but this was definitely above all! Thank you again Thomas and Marriott team! And thankfully, she did say yes! We’re now engaged!

I arrived at Paris with an anticipation of a swift start for my business trip, but was immediately met with a series of service blunders that tested my patience. - Communication Breakdown: Upon my early arrival, the front desk staff graciously offered to notify me when my room was ready. Hours went by, and I never received a call. When I approached the front desk to inquire, I was informed they only send notifications through their app. Not only was this never communicated to me initially, but I also never received any in-app notification - even though I later confirmed that the room was indeed ready earlier. - Luggage Mishap: After the initial mix-up, I was eager to get settled and was assured that my luggage would be sent to my room promptly. However, after waiting a considerable amount of time, there was still no sign of my bags. I had to trek back downstairs to the bell desk only to find out they had never received any notification to send up my luggage and I had to get them by myself. - Room Service Radio Silence: To add salt to the wound, my attempts to reach room service proved futile. Multiple calls went unanswered, leaving me questioning the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. In an industry where seamless communication and efficient service are paramount, this hotel fell far short of expectations on day one. I sincerely hope the remainder of my stay sees marked improvement. It's disheartening to see such lapses in professionalism in a well-regarded establishment.
