Really like this hotels commitment to sustainability! Service is great. The rooms have a lot of international chargers which is very convenient. They also ample storage to put away things if you were going to stay for a while. Location is convenient to NUS and some good food options nearby.

We stayed here for one night to attend a concert in The Star Vista, which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The room is small, yet clean and compact. The bed is comfortable with 4 big pillows, the bathroom also has a bathtub which is perfect for staying with children. Our son really enjoyed the view outside. The only downside in this area is that there are no money exchange nearby, and it's hard to find something to eat after 10pm.

The room, although small, is very comfortable. The shuttle service to NUS is punctual and very convenient. The only thing that didn't work for us was the refrigerator; we reported it once, and the response was immediate, but it never cooled, so we decided not to report it again. The reception staff's service is exceptional, very attentive, and always willing to help. The proximity to the Buona Vista metro station is fantastic, and there are also options for dining and leisurely walks in the vicinity. ¡Without a doubt, I would stay there again if I return to Singapore!"

the worst hotel i had experience with. Nightmare for six-night stay. No early check in. I received a room key but entered a room with a man already sleeping in! Terrible service, after I got sick and stuck in hotel room, I left Do Not Disturb hangtag at the door. Still got called everyday, asking me if I need room cleaning. Even I told them leave me alone, still called by front desk. Even I left a note on the door, still called by front desk. Extremely annoying! Mold in bathroom. Power outlets are partly un functioning. Fringe was not cooling well. Light sensing was not working, the light was always on. AC is always blowing your head on the bed. Room change is not allowed. Room key deactivated before the last nigh. Everything here is motel quality or worse. Manager is not helpful either. No protocol to limit the spread of COVID. I won’t stay here for a single night in the rest of my life! I do not recommend anyone either and I will spread my words out through my professional network!
