Very nice hotel and incredibly helpful and friendly staff! I was traveling 19-21 September, got a very quiet room, also very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good with a wide selection, also fresh yoghurt and fruits, hot meals and salmon. It was possible to leave the luggage at the luggage room and pick it up later before my train, and again the employee who was in charge then was very friendly and attentive. I’m recommending this hotel for business travel for sure! Maybe also for sightseeing. There is a park nearby and some supermarkets, tram and bus station.

I highly recommend it! the prices are good I was with my wife from 08/11/2023 to 08/13/2023 we booked through Booking, The staff is very friendly and helpful but could be better trained, there was some difficulty at check-in because someone else checked into my room, then Mr. Medyan came and was able to solve the problem, the gentleman is very professional and competent. We got a premium room instead of our booked classic room, it was very comfortable and modern, and there were nice and friendly people in the hotel when we were there. But all in all we felt very comfortable here everything was just great. We'd love to come back! Thank you Team Plaza👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Best regards Mustafa Mohammed

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a concert nearby..I checked in and a man called Medyan was very friendly, polite and helpful and went the extra mile in giving great service. He couldn't be more helpful. I would stay again. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and a great Brauhaus next door

1. It did not look anything like the pictures 2. The name of the hotel was missing from the hotel it had some other name, which made it confusing to find 3. Location, well, this is a budget option, so dont expect a nice location. The location feels war-torn, dirty, and generally not the best area. 4. For what you pay for, it's ok. We just needed a place to stay for a New years party close by. 5. The hotel was humid and hot, the rooms were really warm, and we had to go to reception to get manual instruction to turn the heat down in the rooms. At lowest, it's still around 25c. So at night we had to open windows for cold air. 6. Parking is paid parking, 20 euros a day. 7. People at reception were nice and accommodating. Overall Average, you get what you pay for.
