Our room was exactly as pictured on the website. Very nice and spacious. The area feels safe—there are lots of police and guards around, and there is a guard at the front door to the building at all times. The staff are nice and helpful. It is a very noisy area, and the streets outside the hotel are full of high school students on school days, and they can be obnoxious or get in the way. You can hear their class bells ring twice an hour throughout the day, and lots of traffic noises from the big road nearby. The windows are pretty thin and do not keep the noise out at all, but it wasn't really a big deal. My biggest complains are the shower and the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is totally unreliable, sometimes working fine, sometimes unavailable. It was very frustrating to try to use the Wi-Fi, and if reliable internet is important to you, you should probably stay somewhere else. The shower, much like the Wi-Fi, was unreliable in terms of hot water. I would be in the shower for 30 seconds, and suddenly the water would become freezing, then become very hot two minutes later. If taking a hot shower is important to you, you should probably stay somewhere else. If you are okay with cold showers and spotty wifi, you probably won't have any problems here. We were able to do laundry and enjoy the rooftop deck, as well as use the Roku TV, fridge, and other appliances in the room. The kitchenette is a nice touch, but we never used the stove. Before checkin, they sent me a message on WhatsApp that had lots of helpful information. Overall, a good option for the price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Be Mate Hotel Condesa in Mexico City for a week, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was struck by how clean and spacious the rooms were. There was plenty of storage space for all of my belongings, and the comfortable beds ensured that I got a good night's rest every night. But what really made my stay special was the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, there was always someone available to assist me. One particular instance stands out in my mind. I needed to cancel a tour and didn't speak enough Spanish to do it myself. The person at the front desk not only helped me translate, but they also made the call for me, which was above and beyond what I expected. The hotel's location was also perfect for getting around Mexico City. I was able to easily explore all of the city's attractions, from museums and historic landmarks to trendy restaurants and nightlife spots. All in all, my stay at Be Mate Hotel Condesa was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Mexico City.

The room was amazing!! Very comfortable and stylish, can’t fault it. The bathroom was the let down, a bit small, not great hot water, the bin was too small, and the cleaning was not great considering the amount we paid.

Modern, spacious, clean room with kitchenette in an excellent, safe location for exploring La. Condesa and Mexico City more generally. I found the staff very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here (I stayed for about a week across two different stays while on holiday in Mexico) and highly recommended it as an excellent place to stay In Mexico City.

This was my second stay at Be Mate Condesa and once again it was excellent. Clean, comfortable, air conditioned rooms with sitting area and kitchenette, a lovely rooftop patio, great walkability, close to attractions, and with a supermarket nearby - it is a great value. Add to that the kind, attentive staff and it gets even better. The front desk and security staff are pleasant and super helpful with every encounter. I’d especially like to thank David for loaning me exact change to pay for my food delivery when Rappi wasn’t able to accommodate, it was above and beyond and very much appreciated. I’ll be back and already looking forward to it. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Good WiFi connection for remote working.
