I've stayed 3 nights and I'm 100% amazed with their staff. They went the extra mile to make sure the stay is comfortable and memorable one. Special shout out to yanbin, Kevin and the lady who helped with booking supper for us and the blue bright eyed concierge young man! This hotel has one of the best service staff! 🙌 fair pricing too!

Great location, right next to the metro! Brilliant staff that, with some great English speakers. The breakfast has an eclectic mix of food, with some European, Chinese and other foods. Rooms are very clean, tidy and modern.

A nice 4 star hotel situated at Wangfujing. The room is sizeable and comfy with good water pressure for shower. However, sound proofing not as good as I was disturbed in due to guest moving furniture and packing luggages in early morning 4am. The hotel should also advise guests not to speak loudly outside along the corridor as it would disturb other hotel guests. Housekeeping needed improvement as the shower gel and shampoo in my room was empty before I checked in. Found 2 small bugs in my room as well. But receptionists were professional and friendly as they apologized and offered to change room for me upon receiving my feedbacks on the housekeeping issue.

Stayed for 5 nights at Park Plaza Wangfujing. The bed was very comfy, the shower was spacious and clean with good water pressure. There was a coffee machine in the room which I really appreciate. The room was cleaned everyday and the fridge was filled with free soda drinks. The housekeeping team was very nice to us and always help us with a smile on her face. Breakfast buffet was great. Many Western and Asian options. But if your room doesn't include breakfast, try finding the small Jianbing (fried egg crêpe) stall across the hotel on a small alley. It cost 8 RMB, super delicious and filling. For location, the hotel is at the exit of metro line 5 Dengshikou. However, as most of the attractions in my itinerary were on Line 1 (The palace museum, Tiananmen, Guomao, Universal Studio) , we need to transfer every time we're going out. And transfer from line 1 to 5 is quite exhausting (300-400 meter walking plus waiting for the train). I would prefer to stay near Line 1 metro next time. The area around the hotel is not very lively. There are some small shops across the street but not much options for food. A walk to Wangfujing is quite long and I find Wangfujing street to be a bit low key compared to Qianmen / Sanlitun / Nanluoguxiang After exploring Beijing, I would recommend looking at Nanluoguxiang or Qianmen area if you like exploring local area and browsing street food shops / shopping.
