they have a nice pool area with a nice fun small playground with swings and slides. They give grab & go breakfast with sandwiches or waffles you can heat up in room. Honestly this hotel is going through a remodel and they are doing an amazing job working with the space they currently have. No laundry on site but daily housekeeping. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and decent size fridge (not mini, more like slim one). Right next to racetrac and laundry on either side 192 or Columbus, close to publix and restaurants.

There was false advertisement about the room on the website. We were told that we would have a full size refrigerator but we ended up with a small noisy refrigerator. Dirty headboard and blood on the bed sheets. Loud traffic noise in the parking lot. You hoodlums leaning and sitting on my rental car leaving marks on the back and sides of the car. Those marks could cost me my deposit. You have a very small microwave that you can barely pop popcorn. The room has very uncomfortable beds and A very small bathroom. The kitchen area is more than capable of having a kitchenette. There was no warning at all about the surprise $150 deposit. The bathroom and front door sticks. There are also large gaps at the top and bottom of the front door which could allow insects and other pests to enter the room.

Stayed there for 3 nights during Country Thunder at Heritage Park. Room was good for the price and location to venue. Parking was right in front our room. Room had a small kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. Mattresses on bed were very worn and uncomfortable. Sheets were very white and clean. No bed bugs!!! Pillows were comfortable. Has 3 floors but no elevator, so people who can't manage stairs need to request bottom floor. The room was very humid and the sheets and floors felt damp all the time. Had to have the A/C on freezing to get rid of the moisture in the room. Overall it suited the purpose of the stay at a reasonable rate. They did offer breakfast for a small fee in the main lobby area of hotel which we did not utilize. Lots of places to go nearby for food and next to a Racetrac gas station you could walk to for snacks and drinks. Overall, would recommend. Non smoking in the rooms and outside of rooms. Appeared to be a safe area to stay too.

Shower didn't drain well, standing in dirty water is not fun. Front desk didn't have my info at check in, blamed it on 3rd party booking. TV didn't work, the batteries in the remote were corroded, tried to call front desk...phone didn't work, called them from my cell phone, was told phone issue was due to renovation work. Went out for dinner, stopped by front desk after to ask about the TV, said it should've been fixed, it was not. Then at 7:30am the renovation work started, right above my head was super loud drilling noises, since I was on the top floor. This place sucks on all levels, avoid if possible.

I feel scammed that they call this place a resort. It’s a motel but I’ve stayed at nicer motels by far. There was no hot water at all. The door had a half inch gap at the bottom, didn’t shut all the way. The noise from the street was so loud. The floors were filthy. The sheets were dirty and itchy. We had a $150 deposit we were unaware of. There was ridiculous cleaning fees. $25 per utensil that was left dirty but they couldn’t even provide dish soap or a sponge. The tv was extremely outdated, with barely any functioning channels. There was no tv guide. There were signs that said the fire alarms don’t work, apparently there was suppose to be a fire attendant but that was clearly not the case. There were many boarded up rooms by the office. We were told this was a rare find yet there were several vacant rooms. It’s not a good area, it’s connected to a gas station. If my son wasn’t already asleep we would have left immediately. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
