Excellent location just a few meters from Trabzon square,very clean with a free parking also free tea and coffee in lobby with an excellent attitude and services of staff and reasonable prices

Direct booking. Was told by the Iraqi manager a price for 2 nights. He put us in the Suite. However, he said someone had booked for the next day. If they cancel we can stay in the same room. If they don't cancel we will be moved to another room. Next day he told us they are fully booked! So even though the day before he told us one option would be to move to another room (not full), the next day he obviously had customers who booked for longer than 1 day and so wanted more money rather than honour the words he said to us! Money over morals for this man it seems.
