just came back from here was a pleasant stay..excellent breakfast both days . room was clean and tidy. decor a bit dated but fine with us. the only down side for us would be the rooms that are offered for the dog friendly people. have joined doors that make it a bit noisy from one room to next . overall though we enjoyed our stay it also has beautiful grounds to stroll around .Many thanks to all the staff 🙌

Stayed here twice this year. Both times with family and our three dogs. A pleasant stay both times for us all. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help. The grounds are great for the doggies and the hotel is happy to accommodate you having dinner and breakfast in the bar with your dogs. Breakfast is excellent and there’s a nice selection for dinner too. Some rooms are a little dated but all are clean and good value for money. This will be our go to hotel any time we visit the area.

Friendly, efficient staff. Very comfortable bed so had a good night's sleep, and a nice breakfast cooked and served well. The bedroom we had needs refurbishing, very dated but generally clean and tidy. Lovely quiet edge of town location.
