The checking in process for Park Royal Langkawi was very smooth and we were each given a waterproof wrist tag to open doors to our rooms. The lobby area was very nicely decorated with lots of water features and potted plants. The corridor to our room was very wide and well lit. Our room was large with a very modern shower and toilet. The bed was excellent with firm mattress and pillows and are obviously very clean. The temperature control for the room was very easy to adjust and I could set the temperature that I preferred. The morning breakfast down in the restaurant was very pleasant and we could sit in an area with water feature around us. The choice of breakfast spread was very extensive and we could choose Western, Chinese and local cuisine. Overall, we had a very good stay in Park Royal, Langkawi. It's a 5-star rating from me.

Magnificent. Is the first word I think of to describe this resort. Resort was completely built few years ago but only opened to customers early 2023. Room was very new and clean. Extremely comfy king bed. All facilities were awesome. Wife enjoyed the spa and massage. Ground Pool was modern, big, clean and have a great sea view. Didn’t try the sky pool as I have a 5yo with me. Easy access to beach. Kids club had friendly staffs and plenty of toys and drawing for the kids. Every staff was very friendly. Highlight for us was the breakfast buffet. The variety was amazing and tasted great too. Overall, worth every penny spent here. My daughter had so much fun that she was so sad on her last day. Will definitely be back for sure.

Hotel was lovely. Rooms huge and new. Breakfast spread was very enjoyable. Everything was prepared in a tasty and yet healthy manner. Whole resort is beautifully structured. Very kids friendly with a decent sized kids play area. We paid for a premium sea facing room and the view was beautiful. Check in staff could be better trained though. Stated repeatedly in our online reservation, upon check-in and after waiting till after 3pm when our room was ready, there was still no cot in sight. Housekeeping were v prompt and helpful when we needed back up as our kid fell sick and threw up in room. Overall a good stay and would recommend hotel to anyone looking for a slightly more exclusive resort getaway given the private beach and facilities provided within the resort.
