I can't say enough good things. The facilities are immaculate, the room very comfortable-quality bedding and furniture. Black out curtains. Smart TV with Netflix. Delicious breakfast. Jen was so kind throughout our stay. This was our favorite place to stay during our NZ trip.

A great place to chill out after a busy day of exploring the geothermal beauty of Rotorua. The place is really new, only 4 years old. The rooms are well designed, comfortable and a with great view of NZ countryside. Small gym and 2 person sauna also available. Viv is a great host, very knowledgeable about NZ and the area. She really made us fell welcomed. About 15 minutes ride to the center of Rotorua.

Viv is the host with the most. We felt very welcome and very much looked after for our 2 night stay. The suites are impeccable with gorgeous linens, towels and offer more comfort than any big hotel. The entire property is well maintained, is in a super easy location to Rotorua attractions. We can't speak highly enough of the entire experience. Parkside Boutique Lodge is a rare gem.
