We came with several couples for the Mile 0 Music Festival. The resort is very nice and very well maintained! Every one in our group had rooms with water views. All our rooms were was very clean and spacious. The restaurant and bar are nice. Food is good. The overall environment and experience was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it! There is a Walgreens right next door with a liquor store. Winn- Dixie grocery store across the road. 10 minutes drive to most downtown destinations. We made friends with out first taxi driver from airport and he took care of us the whole time we were here.

Ashley Roberts and Angie really came through! They made moves to accommodate myself and 4 others for our friend’s bachelorette party! They were so nice and warm, helped us, went above and beyond without expectations and were just on IT! We are so grateful, thank you!!! The rooms are SO nice like a whole house. Great location. And vibes!

I had a very unique experience here. At 4 pm and check in time, our rooms were not ready. So they gave an upgrade. In one room, the AC didn’t work so they had to come fix it. In the same room, they had to replace the coffee Keurig. In the other room, the AC went out and had to completely change rooms. All things were fixed, but very annoying for the price. The place is beautiful and quiet. Pools and pool bar are fantastic places to relax. If you want hustle of key west, this is not your place. In closing, it felt like the problems were the norm at this location and expected. Which bothers me. Honestly, you aren’t missing much by staying some place else.

Beware of the price gouging. They charge $48 per night for resort fees and about $23 for valet each night. Adds up! Restaurant charges a service fee then on the receipt there's a line for tip. Double dipping and they hope you won't notice. Rooms were very nice and clean but we had to get maintenance to come twice in one night to fix Chromecast and then the thermostat. The server at the outdoor restaurant was rude when we asked for the patio heaters to be turned on. We left and went across the street to a little Cuban place that was pretty good. I would not stay here again - too many hidden fees and I felt they were trying to double dip on the "service fees" and "tip" at the restaurant. Left a bad taste in my mouth, literally!

This is great resort tucked away from the chaos of downtown key west. Very easy to get around. We literally had to wait 1 minute every time we called an Uber and arrived downtown in less than 10 minutes. The location can't be beat if you are looking for some quiet in the evenings. The Grove bar is nice. Drinks and food were very tasty. The service charge is included on tab so make sure to pay attention to that as there are not any signs or indicators. We double tipped because of it. Pools are clean and there is plenty of seating and the seating is well spaced out. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Rooms are also really spacious so you can really relax. We had a room with a water view but there is absolutely no water view to be found. Otherwise I would have given more stars.
