We had a welcoming apartment with a regal appearance available, equipped with every comfort, fully air conditioned, equipped with furnishing accessories from a well-known medium-high brand. The bed was comfortable. We had three balconies overlooking the sea (via Partenope) with a view of Capri. The location is highly strategic, you can reach the center either via the seafront or from Via Chiaia in a short time. The tenant structure proved to be organised, serious and reliable. The host Fabrizio, a truly professional and friendly person. As a great traveler I recommend this structure.

Naples is beautiful but don't rely on them for your stay. To take an extra €20 off the cost of our accommodation, they staged an incredible act. We had reported our arrival BY 8pm (the time AFTER which the €20 penalty would have been applied) while the boy who was supposed to check us in wrote to us that he was late and would arrive after that time. We were very punctual, with geolocation sent via WhatsApp at 7.45pm, he was beyond 8pm. Despite this, we were unfairly charged for the late check-in by the boy. We spoke on the phone with the owners of the wonderful Italy company and, after a heated discussion where they showed a lack of understanding of the Italian language, they agreed with us by canceling the request for €20 for the delay (I repeat, never done by us!). Everything seemed sorted but when we refunded the deposit they gave us €20 less. €20 doesn't change our life but the teasing is enormously annoying. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
