My friend and I stayed here just for 2 days during April 2023. The rooms were good for just the two of us. Even their menu was very nice and has good Nepalize food. Their momos and sauces were heaven. The location wasn't all that bad. It was more inside and the road was too narrow. The hotel was very spacious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, no matter what time it is. They have a nice pool too. Since we were just there for 2 days.. we couldn't visit the spa. Maybe next time. Thank you for the experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is very close to pashupatinath temple and to the airport. The room size is big enough and so too is the bathroom. The best thing is the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The biggest problem is they dont accept Indian currency and there is no support from Agoda to make the payment online. The payment is settled at the property because of which i had to pay Forex charges unnecessarily. The staff to offered 1rupee 40 paise as exchange value against the market rate of 1rupee 60 paisa. They do not do a refill of the tea and coffee in the room and there no milk packets to make your own coffee or tea. Breakfast was complementary for my room but it was limited to one tea and one omelette. Rest of the food was unlimited. Swimming pool too was neately kept and maintained everyday.

The hotel is just wonderful, Staff members are polite, hardworking and really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I travelled with my parents, both in their late 60s and we still had a great time. I took couple of packages the hotel offered coz it was convenient for us. The drivers and folks were reliable and trustworthy. Make sure you exchange to local Currency as many international cards do not work in ATM. The only qualm I have is that this hotel is not close to any of the shopping centers like Thamel and Kathmandu Square. But hospitality makes up for it!!!!
