Absolutely loved staying here! Clean rooms, nice bathrobes, lovely staff - also the hotel is located in a super busy area of Bangkok but it’s tucked away in a quiet back street, so you have shopping + bars + amazing food + nail salons etc within walking distance then can come home to a quiet sanctuary at the end of the night. It’s actually a fairly small hotel as well so the check in process was super quick and easy, I also had the beautiful rooftop pool to myself a couple of times which is a luxury you won’t get at a bigger spot. They do have a hotel laundry service but it’s too expensive for a traveller on a budget, however there is a great dry cleaner that’ll wash/dry/fold your laundry just around the corner next door to the 7 eleven (about 300 baht per/load). Would 100% stay at this hotel again and will be recommending it to my friends. Thank you PASSA ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Passa! The room was beautiful, seemed like a lot of thought went into designing the interior! The location was also great, very short walking distance to many street food vendors, malls, food courts train station and more! Overall, it was a great stay!

Our stay at Passa Hotel was amazing. It’s a boutique hotel decorated with charm. The swimming pool has a really nice view, and the room are really cosy and comfortable. The location is great and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Do not stay here unless you don’t mind ants everywhere crawling into your suitcases and on the bed. When we checked in we saw a few ants in the bathroom and on the desk but didn’t think it would be an issue. But by the time we returned from dinner, there were hundreds of ants everywhere. Never been so disgusted in my life, spent over 2 hours at midnight trying to get all the ants off all our belongings. The staff even had the audacity to try and say the ants came from us! But even he quickly realized they were everywhere in the room and tried to help us clean our belongings. Upon checkout they offered no apology or compensation, truly horrendous service and hotel

We were looking for a nice boutique hotel in the heart of the city but still a peaceful vibe and the Passa was perfect. We were so glad we found this place. The decor is stylish (think Blue Dot) and the beds are super comfortable. One of the benefits is getting recommendations for things like Thai massage and Kiki was delightful, friendly and helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. Our party ranged from 60’s to 20’s and we all loved the property. If you are looking for a hotel that doesn’t have hundreds of guests and has a personal touch, you will be happy with the Passa.
