This Company is a complete joke. Double bookings, broken furniture, missing keys, not answering phone calls, 1 Star is too much and high fees for bookings. So I cannot recommend this ,,Company,,😂😂

You can be warm welcomed by these guys' service... starting from the reservation, when we received a prompt response with all our questions answered and full details provided, till the transportation back home organized on time. Their property has an absolutely fantastic location and the rooms are nicely furnished. You would love to come back to Phuket again with Lofty team.
