ATENTION 1 in bed BUGS !, now I treat my skin. Its absolutely amwul place, I have not been offered any help and support, rude staff, I have not met a single French employee! Be careful!!! | wrote to the Department of Tourism asking them to deal with this bad faith hotel

Lovely little room with direct access to the courtyard. Friendly welcoming staff. Good location within walking distance to the Train Station.

This hotel was horrible. To start, our hotel was on the ground floor next to the lobby and we could hear the two receptionists being loud until 3am. The room was disgusting. Mold was all over the walls, the sheets were unclean, and the door wouldn’t lock. The pictures look nothing like the actual hotel. I made the mistake of booking through a 3rd party website and I didn’t see the reviews on how horrible this place truly is :( For anyone considering this hotel because it’s a bit cheaper/good location; DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was very mouldy, humid and without ventilation. I think I would have become sick if I stayed more than 1 night. The location is great and the small rooms are fine for the price, but it's not acceptable for mould to be growing in the room. The blanket also had a stain on it and the staff insisted that we didn't take our key out of the hotel and left it at reception "for security", but then when we returned later a different receptionist gave us the key without questioning who we were 🤷‍♂️

Although the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood I can only give it one star. The room was mouldy, humid and dirty with no ventilation, there were stains on the blanket. We had to leave the key at the reception when leaving the hotel, and it was returned to us with no questions asked about ID by a different concierge, which didn’t help us feel like security was taken seriously. During the night we woke up on multiple occasions, because our room was on the ground floor despite us particularly requesting a room on a higher floor beforehand and because there is practically no insulation, every word spoken could be heard through the door and walls.
