When I first visited here in June 2023, the breakfast service was excellent, with a unlimited order-to-make menu and a buffet-style bench. This time we came here again but the service was declined. First of all, they no longer offer the buffet-style bench but only the order-to-make menu, and it took more than 30 minutes to serve our food. Secondly, they had only a handful of staff to serve and only one of them can speak some English. I will not recommend this hotel anymore as you can definitely find better place to stay in Pattaya.

Awesome place, Vibe, and location. The Bartender Lert, went above and beyond making the roof top even more special. Plus the manager Tom is so kind and courteous

The hotel is either newly renovated newly build (not sure) the room is clean, although it seems abit empty. There is no view since it’s located in soi 3 middle of the Main Street. (This of the Miami vibes) Over all service isn’t too bad. Some staffs are really nice. But dude to some system and some staff. I feel that the hotel shouldn’t be listed on most (travel/ booking) website as 4 stars. The amenities isn’t up to the par. It feels more like 3 stars hotel. The location is next to the beach but it’s very busy and also next to hotel there is a cheap bars streets which they are very loud (until about midnight or 1 am) which makes it hard to sleep. It’s not very family friendly if you have small children. It is beautifully decorated, don’t get me wrong I think it’s a good spot for afternoon coffee and photo. Anyways this is my personal opinion.

We stayed at Payaa Hotel for a night to getaway from BKK. We love all the decorations and designs. It’s unique and different. The ceiling for the bedroom is a little too low it’s suffocating. However all the materials used in the room and bath it’s top graded. The service could be better, when we were at the counter for spa inquiries, the staffs didn’t know anything about it. Also, when we first arrived to the hotel, there was a doorman but he didn’t seemed care enough to help with the luggage. Suppose to give 3 stars for the service, but some other staffs were really well trained. The pool at the rooftop is considered too small and because the hotel is surrounded by other big hotels so you don’t get to see much view. The best part of the this hotel is you get full 24 hrs of stay, meaning you check in 3 pm today you can check out at 3 pm the next day. Buffet Breakfast for 450 thb / prs is really good. You can quality food like egg Benedict or smoke salmon wasabi. The location isn’t the best, it’s at soi 3 from pattaya beach road. Its gets loud at night times until midnight. I would recommend this place for people who wants to enjoy the busy side of pattaya. Not for people who’s looking for s quiet place.
