A beautiful, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one with a sea view. The room was charmingly decorated and spacious. The hotel is quite large, offering many rooms. The standout feature was the breakfast - diverse, lovingly prepared, and very delicious. The women-led management is evident in the tasteful decor and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Prices are high, cleaning is below average even though we left some tips. The room looks good on pictures but is already tired. The terrace door on the ground floor didn’t close. Not safe at all. The pool was small and cold and had half-broken stairs + smelled of chlorine. Hotel breakfast, burgers in the cafe and the reception administrator girl (who was very helpful and friendly) were a highlight. Overall, I can’t believe we spent so much on this hotel. I would never return or recommend it to anyone. We lived in the room for 4 people. Maybe we just got the worst possible room there 🤷🏼‍♀️ The closest beach you see on the map is a joke (very rude stuff there and 50 years old atmosphere), not really the place to enjoy the sea. P.S. Check the ceramic shop in the building, nice place for souvenirs.

The hotel is small but cozy. Service at the highest level, wonderful delicious breakfasts of European cuisine. The hotel's location is convenient - anywhere in the city is 8-10 minutes by taxi. Separately, I would like to mention the administrator Bayram Ates, who was always friendly and kind to us. Thanks to his care, our vacation became even more wonderful.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It truly is boutique with some special touches when you arrive, and incredible staff. Beautiful spacious room, with a gorgeous view of the ocean below and an incredible breakfast selection. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into Kalkan town, and the hill looks worse than it is. It's also much cheaper to book airport transfers via the hotel than from a taxi rank... or get a local shuttle service.

If you plan to go to Kalkan, this hotel can definitely be the right place where to stay! It is located just 2-3minutes away by car from the center of the village, which is exactly what is needed if you do not want to be in the middle of Kalkan nightlife (which is marvellous, but could be a a bit noisy at night). Little shops and a supermarket are within walking distance. The hotel itself is very recent, so everything looks modern, new and clean. The staff would literally do anything to make your stay something special! From the day of my online reservation, I was impressed by their precise communication. In addition, in our specific case, we had a problem with our luggage on our way back home. Well, the Payava Team offered us their precious help even after we left, and I am sure that if we wouldn’t have had the Payava Team to help us, we would have probably lost our luggage. Thank you all! You are exceptional!
