Although this was only a visit to friends staying here, I was not too impressed with this hotel-turned-AirBNB. Building is large, fairly clean but with hardly any security. Single ladies need to be careful. For eateries, see my tip below. Cleanliness and facilities within the unit depend on individual ownern/landlord. While generally clean, not all facilities were working, such as the fan remote. One of the chairs had a stained seat. Toilet flush wasn't working and had to be reported. Bedrooms were quite spacious for a 2-room unit. Living area is small and cramps, so don't invite too many friends over!

The room have a non-working microwave. No soap or shampoo either. It's a room for four guests with only two towels. We have to request for extra towels and a kettle. The security guard was not on a friendly side. I don't even know what's the point of having a security when everything is at your own risk. To use the pool, gym and sauna, you need to register for it first. On the entire 9th floor, we're the only guests. There's no front desk so, call the management for whatever. But, for the price, I think it's one of the best in the area.

The room is spacious but had that kind of foul smell. Very old furnishings. Booked the room for a few nights but have to give it up coz I had a creepy encounter on the 1st night. Very eerie and the management couldn't make a refund. Stay at your own risk and with the the brave guts.

I stayed at a family unit for 5 adults. It does not fit into the 'hotel room' title I guess. It looks rather like an abandoned apartmenet unit with sticky floor, dirty bed and pillow sheets and non functioning TV. No nearby convenient shop or restaurant. Not a choice in the future unless we have specific reasons like having work to do nearby e.g wisma chase or perdana university.

The is probably the worst place I ever been. The place was run down. Reception was abandoned with broken chairs. No one was there not even security at the lobby. Had a guy came to pass me the key. When we got into the room, it smelled of urine and cigarette. Walls were chipped off. Dark and eerie vibe. The toilet floor was dirty and the bathtub was broken. You can see dark moldy spots on the floor and corners of the shower. The glass door of the toilet was covered with a pink paper for privacy purpose, which doesn't look good at all. All the equipment and furniture are old. We do not feel safe to stay and decided to leave the hotel. For the price, although it's on a cheaper side but it is still not worth it to pay this much for such horrible condition. We booked at Cititel Mid Valley for the same price we paid for this. How ridiculous is this. Agoda needs do review it's hotel. The pictures and reviews there were deceiving.
