I booked the double room (double bed) with private bathroom. The bathroom was slightly small but on the other side, this is right in the centre of Bairro Alto and at a very good affordable price. Also the cleaner was very nice and cleaned the room daily ! The receptionist swere mostly very nice and friendly too. After 12 AM you have to ring the bell to go in, which is ok, but I am only giving 4 stars, because the receptionist the last night reminded me that I need to checkout tomorrow, just because I went to the room late after a night out. He repeated twice the checkout time.

The accommodation is pretty close to everything. Located in the centre of the district of Bairro Alto, it offers plenty of restaurants, bars in the nearby. The staff was very helpful and they provide us everything we need (extra towels, hair dryer). If you are looking for something cheap but at the same time in a good position, you are in the right place. The price is honest and you get what you pay for, in other words a nice location with shops and services in a few steps from the hotel.

Definitely a good place for who is after a basic accommodation in a good location. Service is very good, with rooms cleaned daily and nicely clean bathrooms. The room was very small with scarce storage space, but otherwise all good.

I had a small and very basic room, but it was reasonably clean. The hotel is located in the small streets of Bairro Alto hill with lots of bars and restaurants. It is fine if you need to spend a night or two and you don't want to spend a fortune. Google maps recommended walking from the Restauradores metro station and it is a very steep uphill walk. Maybe walking from Chiado will be better.
