The double room was so nice. Clean and a great view. I had a lovely nights sleep. Very sociable and lovely place. You don’t need to actually book the pool, just head over. Quite hard to get to but just look at the instructions beforehand.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Super outdated, rooms are super basic, super hot once your in the bed. They charge you $13 for the room, a $10 deposit, and once you leave the deposit will come back to your card 5-14 days later (which they don't tell you upfront), oh and they are cashless so there's no choice they just charge you. Only thing cool is the view and the cat

A decent hostel in KL, with a very impressive panoramic view over the city - achieved mainly by the fact it isn’t a centrally located hostel and requires a bit of effort to get into KLCC. The Sunway Putra Mall next door is a good spot to grab a coffee/light snack. The hostel is spread across 2 floors, which has its advantages, but also means it feels rather discombobulated and quite separate. Dorms are large enough with decent lockers to store large backpacks. Beds all have curtains which provide sufficient privacy, and have a shelf with a plug socket next to it. Bathrooms are large, but the shower pressure was low and there was a lack of hot water. Staff on check in/check out were nice, and gave me a tour of the facilities on arrival.

When we arrived, the payment went weird, with us having to pay the same amount which was already deducted from credit card. They explained that the previous amount would be put back in our account again. There were some additional amounts as well, which lead to us paying more than we first were told. The room was really horrible. Water was not working and everytime we wanted to take a shower we had to ask the staff to get the shower working, which they were not possible to achieve. Eventually we had to take showers in the rooms of other people. The toilet was not flushing right and leaking. They advertised that there was a big bath, but again we could not use it. The views are nice, but the balcony is a mess. You are also far away from the city centre. I have lived and worked throughout south-east asia for months, but this is the worst place I stayed at. All in all, a pretty expensive place which is absolutely not worth it!

This hostel was one of the best hostel in Kuala Lumpur, the price is also affordable as well. Not only that, the room is so clean and the aircond is constantly on, which enhances the comfortability of the stay. The view from my room was great; one of the best view I have ever seen in my life. The pool was great! It's even on the highest floor! Definitely must give it a try if you ever come to Malaysia!
