Amazing experience. Lee, Bobby and Ken (Peony Cruise 2) were incredibly friendly and nice to all of us during our entire trip. Bobby and Ken especially the men of every show. The suite was spacious and the view along Halong Bay was just breathtaking. Food on board were delicious. Never disappoint. My family and I were not once bored on board. 2D1N itinerary was a bit too short so we might return for 3D2N cruise in the future.

Would recommend to anyone fantastic staff rooms and scenery. The food was plentiful and lovely although more to a western style taste which is understandable. The 2 night 3 day cruise is worth the extra as you get to see so much more. Some helpful information we couldn't find before the trip: there is a 3% surcharge for use of cards all paid at the end of the trip. Happy hour occurs twice before and after dinner and is BOGOF on cocktails and spirits. The bike tour takes about 20min each way over lovely and smooth roads with a few small uphill sections that you can simply push if required as bikes have no gears. For breakfast you can ask for pho or eggs if required. You spend day 2 of the 3 day cruise on a day boat which has showers and all the required facilities. Towels are included on all boats along with all toiletries. on the transfer bus you stop along the route so can buy refreshments if required. For meals you can give dietary requirements and you get served a different set of meals separate to the buffet or main menu. From the menus you get everything listed so save space! The swimming pool onboard is only a few inches deep but that hot tub is lovely for top deck

AMAZING experience on our 3 day, 2 night cruise. Tam managed the boat and she was GREAT! Tom taught cooking lessons each evening and lead us on our cave tour. He is so friendly. Leo was our waiter and he did a fantastic job providing excellent service. I highly recommend Peony as your cruise option.

Booked a 2 day trip that turned out to be a 1 day trip really. You start the day at around 12pm, they bring you to the boat and arrive around 12.30pm. The rooms are very outdated but relatively clean. The prices for drinks are outrageous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was okay ish. Pool was very dirty so I didn't use it. The environment is great. But I will not return.

Amazing cruise, and service! The room was incredibly beautiful, the bath being a highlight. Bring bubble bath if you plan on enjoying yourself that way! My partner and I celebrated our anniversary there, the room was decorated for this and our table for dinner was decorated above and beyond!! Drinks were more on the expensive side - but overall worth it when you consider their efforts and where you are. The places you went were incredibly beautiful, although we found the schedule ran earlier than stated in the itinerary. They definitely keep you entertained! Cruising around to quieter places would have made it 11/10 (can always see another cruise boat around kind of thing). I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Everyone was lovely, and the set menus were amazing. Very accomdating when it came to food options.

This cruise ship's 2 days, 1 night itinerary includes the following: 1st Day: Arrive at Got Ferry Terminal in Cat Hai Town, Haiphong City by noon for embarkation. Cruise information and check-in at 12:15 PM. Cruise to Da Chong islet followed by lunch while passing through islets of Con Vit and Gia Luan. From 3-6.30 PM, cruise and sightseeing along Ba Trai Dao beach (October to May) or Tra Bau (June to September), then try local liquor. Return to the boat at 6:30 PM to watch the sunset, followed by a cooking class and dinner. Last Day: After light breakfast and a Tai Chi session, head out in canoes towards Toi Sang cave. Return to boat for check-out at 9:30 AM. Brunch is served while cruising back to Hanoi. Disembark at 11:35 AM. Guests are returned to the drop-off point at 2 PM in Hanoi. This cruise ship's 3 days, 2 nights itinerary includes the above, as well as the following: 2nd day: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and a light breakfast, transfer to a day boat to visit Viet Hai village and Bai Tu Long Bay, followed by lunch. Kayaking and swimming at Ba Ham Lake, before returning to the cruise at 4 PM for a traditional cooking class.
